What a thoroughly uninspiring couple of weeks. Stuck inside the house with noone around, no money and illness in varyious forms. Not the best climate to do anything artistic. Ah well, back to uni next week Then I can reassemble my PC of doom and awesome will ensue.

Can I has Uni now plix? My bubble of simple reality ^ ^

Recently i've become obsessed with looking at details in people's line work, think I need to sit down and do some of my own, as well as work on perspective because i realise i have NONE on here lol. *grabs sketch pad* here goes nothing, wish me luck....

The other day I was confronted by my other half about a problem, my addiction to computer gaming.

this doesn't sound serious, but now, a mere four days afterward, from doing nothing but play bloodbowl or World of Warcrack, I have aquired and completed my first payed design brief, completed a canvas for myself that blows my other canvas' out of the water (see wolverine), sketched more and started work on some bits and pieces that may lead to a pair bit of work for me in the future.

Here's the moral of the story:

Live in the world as it is, not in a fantasy world as it could be, how constructive and rewarding your time is, is all determined by you and you alone, with the support of those around you.

I realise how much I have going for me right now, and how much more there is potentially to do! watch this space, as somthing wonderful is taking place...

to my wonderful girlfriend, thank you, for making me realise my own blessings and digging me out of the pit that is lack of inspiration,
